As President of the International Union of Phlebology, it is my great pleasure to invite you to the 2019 UIP Chapter Meeting in Krakow. Having visited this city for a congress in the past, I can certify that Krakow is a wonderful European city with a fascinating history dating back to the 10th century and earlier. A wide variety of easily-accessible and historically significant sites are in close proximity.
